ClockX — Workforce Attendance, Leave and Payroll Software (South Africa)
ClockX is a workforce management system by ECONX GROUP (Pty) Ltd (Reg: 2026/110163/07). It helps South African organisations track employee attendance with GPS validation, manage leave and shifts, monitor AWOL and late patterns, and prepare payroll with full hour breakdowns — expected hours, worked hours, overtime, public holiday hours, leave hours, absent hours and Sunday hours.
Attendance and time tracking
Employees clock in and out from mobile or desktop browsers. ClockX validates location against workplaces, records device context, flags suspicious punches, and gives supervisors a daily attendance spreadsheet to adjust hours, overtime and statuses when needed.
Leave and HR workflows
Configure leave types, accruals and approvals. HR sees team calendars, red flags, behavior anomalies and payroll readiness before month-end. All personal information is handled with POPIA No. 4 of 2013 in mind.
Payroll and exports
Process payroll runs with PAYE, UIF and SDL. Generate payslip PDFs and download confidential Excel files with Payroll Summary and Hours Summary sheets for your payroll bureau.
